This week’s edition of the Soundtrack features songs that I personally get hyped up on. Seriously, playing ANY of these songs get me dancing.
And I WILL dance, no doubt.

Manny Pacquiao is currently the face of the billboard on Vine and Selma as part of Nike Sportswear’s AW77 Pound for Pound campaign, a first for any Filipino athlete. This iconic billboard is part of a larger AW77 campaign shot and directed by David Sims and Karl Templer with six other Nike Athletes including Maria Sharapova, Sofia Boutella, Alexandre Pato, Rafael Nadal, Kobe Bryant and LeBron James. The seven athletes each bring their own attitude and off court persona to help deliver a series of images that are passionate, competitive, self-expressive and honest.
The sneaker obsession. Yeah, this got pretty bad a few years ago. I think I’ve calmed down a bit, meaning that I don’t chase after every big release and hunt down sneaker site religiously.
I think I’ve calmed down a bit in thinking that I just need to rock some low profile pieces in order to compliment the gear I’m rocking at the moment. I’m more concerned with how the kicks will blend with the rest of the outfit than how outlandish the kicks will be.
Granted, I still rock the bright pieces when appropriate, but I’m not going out of my way to do so.
When people go out for smoke breaks, I take Slurpee breaks. Don’t know why, but even though it might be cold outside, nothing warms my spirit more than 28oz. of brainfreeze inducing frozen concentrated sugar.
And to think, I never get Slurpees from the 7-11 that’s literally 3 minutes away from my house. Strange.
