So, this was the playlist that was going through my head when I wrote my last post on Valentine’s Day. Just a bunch of track, going through my head, then again, when are these Soundtracks anything but?

Well, since today is the biggest football game of the year, people are weighing in on their predictions for the game.  If you check out the colors of the media player, that should give you a hint who I’m pulling for.

On the eve of the biggest football game of the year, I’m already thinking about next week.

Now, I’m not dating anyone right now, nor do I think I’ll be dating anyone between now and next Sunday, so I think this idea just might work.

My thought: if you can’t have Valentine’s Day with a significant other… help someone experience the same type of love on that day.  I mean, every girl should feel spoiled and loved on Valentine’s Day, it’s a holiday custom built for the female population.  Unfortunately, not every female has some lucky guy lavishing them with adoration for that 24 hour period.

So, to help reduce that Lonely Hearts Club number by one, I propose that guys (I’m talking about everyone I know that isn’t currently in a relationship) taking the initiative and making sure the good vibes of love get spread throughout the population at large.  It’s already a pretty depressing time for people in general, I’d just like to provide one day of escapism and distance from the issues of life.

It’s kinda like grade school, where everyone passed out Valentine’s to everyone else.

Except I happened to be Ralph Wiggum with my ear glued to my shoulder.

So, I’m gonna take one of my cards, relabel it and help make some girl’s Valentine’s Day special next Sunday. I choo-choo-choose them. It’s got a train on it.

Guess I can start taking applications now. I wonder if anyone’s gonna apply?

Looks like it’s gonna be a Monday Mixtape instead of a Sunday Soundtrack this week.
